Michelle Ayawan represented Buyagan Learning Center on her Solo Singing.
Buyagan Learning Center is a Day Care Center providing Day Care Services to 3-5 years old children, developing their physical, cognitive, emotional and social skills.

Enrollment Procedure
Requirements upon enrollment:Photocopy of the ff 1. Child's Birth Certificate 2. Yellow Card or ECCD Card 3. Fees
Enrollment Procedure: 1. Proceed to Table 1: for interview and presentation of requirements 2. Proceed to Table 2: for submission of requirement, enlistment of name, and payment of fees.. 3. Come back on the scheduled assessment of parent and child 4. Attend orientation to be scheduled by the Day Care Worker

Buyagan Learning Center has been giving day care services to children ages 3-5 since the 70's by Mrs. Josefa M. Villarba. Since then, the number of children enrolling at the day care center has been growing fast that made the existence of BUYAGAN EXTENSION DAY CARE CENTER in 2004 with the Day Care Worker Mrs. Catherine T. Pugyao. At present The Extension of Buyagan Day Care is being handled by Ms. Joan Q. Quipot and Mrs. Catherine T. Pugyao at the Main.
The Day Care Service is the provision of supplemental parental care to 0 to 6 year old child who may be neglected, potentially neglected, abused, exploited, or abandoned, during part of the day when parents cannot attend to his needs. It has the following objectives: Physical Development. To help the preschool child become physically fit and healthy through proper care and nutrition, monitored growth and development and early detection of disease. Also included are various play activities and games to develop physical fitness. Development of Personal Abilities.To help the preschool child develop self-confidence, self-expression and self-discipline through activities such as dressing, eating, sleeping and toilet training. Ability to Handle Human Relation. To help the child understand and relate well with hi sparents, other adults in the family, brothers and sisters, peers and playmates, and other people he interact with through storytelling, field trips and sharing sessions. Development of Creative and Analytical Ability. To help the preschool child develop his mental, intellectua, verbal and language skills through arts and crafts, listening to music and all other forms of creative activities. Development of Spiritual and Social Values. To help provide the preschool children with a chance to develop strong spiritual values of being a Filipino as well as positive attitudes toward the family, community and socio-cultural and society in general. Provision of Comfort and Safety. To provide comfort and safety for the preschool child during day care sessions, as well as protection from all forms of neglect, abuse, cruelty and exploitation.
